Our collection of koala photographs is second to none, for good reason. A local wildlife reserve was in a dilemma: they had a generation of baby koalas about to be born, and insufficient space to keep them. We donated money to their fundraising to help build a new enclosure, and in return were given access for a most intimate series of photos. Such shots are almost impossible to capture in the wild, as koalas sleep high in the trees and are alseep most of the time.
