Curious Cows, Glen Innes, New South Wales

I spotted this old cow shed (no cows in sight), and saw potential for a nice photo, so I pulled over by the highway. Then one cow came out for a look. Then another, then another...eventually the whole herd was staring at us, and then I really had a photo worth taking! Small moments like this can be just as memorable as visiting the great landmarks of Australia. This is why we always drive rather than fly when travelling, to enjoy all the little experiences to be found between destinations. These are the moments you don't see in the travel shows on TV!
