The Palms give it away that this photo is in the tropical north of the northern territory. Litchfield National Park is a little south of Darwin, and contains some of the great features of the region. Wangi Falls is a popular swimming spot, despite being home to (small) freshwater crocodiles and other wildlife. When this photo was taken, bushfires were burning to the West, and the late afternoon sun shone through a smoky sky to create this red glow in the cliff wall.
